Blogs have become increasingly popular in recent years, but creating a good blog can still be difficult. It really comes down to two things: good layout and good content. Content is up to the blog’s owner (and whoever else they let write for the blog), but a blog’s layout is more firmly in the area of web design. We create blogs and blog-based websites using the WordPress CMS, which has many features designed to make people keep coming back to your blog, including:

• RSS feeds, allowing people to have your content delivered to them whenever you add a new blog post.
• Comments, so that people can comment on and discuss your blog posts right on the same page as the post itself.
• Archives, categories, and tags, to keep your posts organized and easy to find for as long as the site is up.
• What You See Is What You Get editing, allowing you to write new blog posts without needing to know any HTML or other code.

We can create custom themes for your blog, to give it a unique one-of-a-kind look, or we can integrate it with an existing website design. We can also use already-made themes for a lower cost. Ready-made themes may also be used on other blogs, however, so multiple blogs using the same theme may look almost identical.
